"It's the journey, not the destination."
Hi, I am Kat Frati. Boy, has my journey been a long and winding road so far! There have been many, many bumps and even large mountains to climb. I have fallen down over and over again, and ALWAYS gotten back up.
The cool thing about my journey is I have found and gathered many tools along the way to help me navigate life with more ease. Almost like those video games when you find or win powerful prizes, right?
I certainly feel like I am playing The Game of Life and am determined to WIN. Part of my winning includes Paying It Forward and that is what I am doing with this blog.
Every experience that I have endured has brought to me teachers and lessons to be learned. Now at age 55, I have many tips and tricks under my hat.
George Bernard Shaw once wrote that "Youth is the most precious thing in life; it is too bad it has to be wasted on young folks".
