Hi, I am Kat Frati. Boy, has my journey been a long and winding road so far! There have been many, many bumps and even large mountains to climb. I have fallen down over and over again, and ALWAYS gotten back up.
The cool thing about my journey is I have found and gathered many tools along the way to help me navigate life with more ease. Almost like those video games when you find or win powerful prizes, right?
I certainly feel like I am playing The Game of Life and am determined to WIN. Part of my winning includes Paying It Forward and that is what I am doing with this blog.
Every experience that I have endured has brought to me teachers and lessons to be learned. Now in my 50s, I have many tips and tricks under my hat.
George Bernard Shaw once wrote that "Youth is the most precious thing in life; it is too bad it has to be wasted on young folks".
Does that really have to be the case? Can the young ward off unnecessary life lessons with the help of older, wiser guides?
