Email marketing

We use ActiveCampaign to manage our email list and send emails. When you sign up, your name and email address are stored securely with ActiveCampaign so we can send you what you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing coach@katfrati.com.

Scheduling

We use Calendly to schedule virtual coffee dates and coaching sessions. When you book a time, Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and any notes you choose to share, so we can confirm your appointment and send you reminders. Calendly handles this information under its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run our business: our website host (Webflow), our email service (ActiveCampaign), our scheduling tool (Calendly), and the payment tools we use for paid programs. These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are on our email list or working with us, and as long as needed for our business records, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can also ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing coach@katfrati.com.
